DMCA Policy
At Xyrov (https://xyrov.xyz), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this policy to address claims of copyright infringement occurring on our website.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material on Xyrov infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to us as described below.
1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following information (as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Xyrov may be found.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
Xyrov reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or permanently block access to users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also remove or disable access to any content that we believe infringes or may infringe on the rights of others.
4. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed in error) may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under the DMCA.
